Implementation Support: Supporting trainers in conducting practical applications within their areas of expertise and in developing appropriate instructional materials.
Needs-Based Programs: Developing customized training content based on the needs analyses and survey results of academic units.
Continuous Improvement: Enhancing the quality of all educational activities through the continuous implementation of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle.
The training programs cover fundamental topics such as instructional design, student-centered teaching, assessment and evaluation, learning psychology, and the use of digital technologies in education.
